Nov 17, 2011 · The facelift nose cone and kidney grills will fit the pre-facelift, but both are required. However, also note that body panels are interchangeable between various models too. The front bumper from any model will fit any other, but the bonnet from a coupe will only fit a coupe and a 'vert. Feb 14, 2016 · The headlights are not directly interchangeable between these two models. The hood (bonnet) is different, and the fenders (wings) are different. Second, you are going from a pre-facelift car to a post-facelift (LCI) car. Again the headlights are not directly interchangeable.
You would need to replace all of those items for any if it. If you want to DIY it, I'd take a look at the e46 fanatics forums online and they usually have a ton of different resources and DIYS. If you take it to a garage, you could get the part numbers for the facelift M parts, and they should be able to swap it in with no problem. 3. sjg344.
